Job summary

Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead the operational delivery of surgical services. You will work with the Clinical Lead, Matron and General Manager to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient use of resources across the Directorate.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets and contracts, and contribute to business planning. The role requires travel to multiple sites and a commitment to Trust objectives.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in managing hospital services and clinical operations.
• Ability to plan, implement and review service improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational management of the directorate.
• Collaborate with Clinical Leads and Matrons on business planning and service development.
• Coordinate budgets and performance objectives within Trust frameworks.
• Travel to acute/CDC sites up to two days per week as required.
