United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Clinical Services Manager for the Surgery Care Group. This permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours) offers flexible working with sites across Lincoln and Boston.

You will lead operational management, collaborate with Clinical Leads and the Matron, and drive service improvement to ensure safe patient care and financial stewardship. Salary range £57,528–£64,750 per annum.

Formación

• First degree (BSc or BA) or equivalent experience.
• Evidence of CPD and commitment to career development.
• Project Management experience.
• Quality service improvement and redesign knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the operational aspects of the specialties and monitor performance objectives.
• Plan and implement changes to ensure continuous service and efficiency improvements.
• Line management of the Directorate management support team.
• Be able to travel to acute/CDC sites two days a week.
