Practice Plus Group is seeking an Operations and Clinical Services Lead for its Surgical Centre in Devizes, Wiltshire. You will provide strategic, operational and clinical leadership across the centre, guiding teams to deliver safe, patient-centered care while maintaining governance standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading operational and clinical services in healthcare.
• Strong governance, risk and quality framework knowledge.
• Experience with CQC inspections and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, commercial, clinical and professional leadership across the Surgical Centre in Devizes.
• Lead service development initiatives and strengthen external stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, workforce planning and financial sustainability.
