Job summary

Qualifications

• First degree (BSc or BA) or equivalent experience.
• Proven project management experience.
• Experience in healthcare management and governance likely beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational aspects of the Surgery Care Group within the Directorate.
• Coordinate budgets, income, and performance objectives in line with National and Trust frameworks.
• Line manage the Directorate management support team and liaise with Clinical Leads and Matron on planning and improvement.
• Travel across sites weekly and operate Trust-wide responsibilities.
