• Experience of successfully delivering major service change projects and programmes within a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational aspects of the specialties and resources; monitor and achieve performance objectives.
• Plan and implement change to ensure continuous service and efficiency improvements.
• Line management of Directorate management support team.
• Travel weekly across all four hospital sites and have access to a vehicle.
