Job summary

Westcoast Cloud, a leading Cloud Solution Provider, is recruiting for a senior sales-focused role. You will identify new reseller opportunities across the UK and Ireland, build relationships with partners, and drive adoption of Microsoft and cloud offerings.

You will visit customer sites, present our full range of cloud products, and run training sessions to accelerate partner outcomes. You will be the main contact for Surestep ambassadors, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record in IT channel (distributor or reseller).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Qualify partner opportunities and build relationships with Partners.
• Manage a team responsible for Microsoft Surestep offerings.
• Maintain high customer service levels and handle queries per service standards.
• Take ownership of Partner challenges and proactively support Partners.
