Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity in London is seeking a Supporter Relations Executive to deliver an outstanding supporter experience and maximise income through effective donor care.

You will be the first point of contact for supporters, process donations, respond to enquiries, and work with colleagues to meet fundraising goals, while ensuring data accuracy and high-quality communications.

Qualifications

• Experience working with the public to inspire support.
• Ability to provide an exceptional supporter experience for fundraisers and donors.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience working with databases, with attention to detail and good data management.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• A passion for working in public fundraising and delivering engaging and inspiring supporter experience.

Responsabilités

• Act as the first point of contact for supporters, providing information, advice and support to maximise income in the most efficient way.
• To communicate with supporters in a prompt, helpful and professional manner via telephone, post and email – being a passionate ambassador for GOSH Charity.
• To take donations and registrations and thanking donations in accordance with the supporter relations strategy and donor journeys.
• To receive and respond to complaints about the Charity’s fundraising activity, liaising with colleagues and agencies to reach a satisfactory resolution for the supporter wherever possible.

Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity are hiring for a Supporter Relations Executive to join our supporter relations team. You will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional supporter experience at the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for supporters, providing information, advice and support to maximise income in the most efficient way.
• To communicate with supports in a prompt, helpful and professional manner via telephone, post and email – being a passionate ambassador for GOSH Charity.
• To take donations and registrations and thanking donations in accordance with the supporter relations strategy and donor journeys.

Previous experience in the charity sector is not essential for this position, but is highly desirable.
