• Community Engagement Officer

This role involves delivering engaging supporter experiences, stewarding donors and fundraisers, promoting campaigns, and ensuring a positive supporter journey.

Responsibilities:

• Engage and support supporters and fundraisers.
• Manage thank yous and updates.
• Develop the giving pipeline, support reporting and supporter journey planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams.

Person Specification:

• Experience in supporter care, individual giving, or community fundraising.
• Experience with databases and supporter engagement.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive and collaborative attitude.
• Familiarity with social media and campaigns is a plus.
