About the Role:
Within our Fundraising Department's Individual Giving Section (IGS), you'll work closely with the Assistant Head of Individual Giving to grow our donor base and contribute to an annual fundraising target of £50 million in unrestricted income.
Your responsibilities include acting as a direct marketing expert, leading cold recruitment campaigns, shaping new products and acquisition streams, overseeing multi-channel campaigns across online and offline media, managing a substantial budget, and providing leadership through line management of a Supporter Acquisition Officer or Executive.
