St Joseph's Specialist Trust in Cranleigh is seeking a dedicated Supported Living Worker to help adults with additional needs live more independent lives. The role involves supporting a female resident, with full training provided and ongoing support from a friendly team.

No prior experience is required; compassion, empathy and resilience are essential, with induction, specialist training and ongoing development available.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; empathy and a patient, caring approach are valued.
• Ability to maintain privacy and dignity for residents.
• Willingness to learn and engage in comprehensive induction and ongoing training.

Responsabilités

• Support tenants with daily living tasks (cooking, cleaning, shopping).
• Help residents access local community activities and trips.
• Accompany tenants to college, appointments and other activities.
• Encourage independence and help develop life skills.
