Thera Trust is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our inclusive team supporting adults with a learning disability. You will help individuals achieve personal goals, provide personal and emotional support, and assist with daily living activities in home or community settings.

No previous qualifications are required as full, free training will be provided. This role offers a regular monthly salary, opportunities for progression and a supportive, values‑driven workplace.
