Job summary

Halow Project in Guildford is seeking a Supported Living Care Worker to provide person-centred support and nurture independence for adults 18+ in our Supported Living service.

This full-time, on-site role offers 37.5 hours per week on a rolling rota, with shifts including early, day, late, and some weekend work. Training includes Care Certificate and options to study NVQs to develop skills.

Responsibilities

• Helping supported adults to plan their day-to-day lives.
• Supporting our supported adults to achieve their goals.
• Helping individuals develop independent living skills within their own homes.
• Encouraging people to access social activities, hobbies, work opportunities, and community events.
• Some personal care and administration of medicine when required (Full training provided).
• Reporting any concerns or potential for concern that you may have relating to an adult we support to the appropriate personnel.
