Job summary

Tonic Healthcare in York is seeking a CQC Registered Manager to lead learning disability and supported living services. You will oversee a couple of Supported Living Services and a small Shared Lives contract, ensuring person-centred, high-quality care.

You will inspire teams with a compassionate, forward-thinking approach, embed best practices in line with CQC regulations, and work closely with local authorities to maintain excellent standards.

CQC Registered Manager, Learning Disabilities, Supported Living and Community Shared Lives Support

My client is a very highly regarded regional Charity, looking for a passionate, experienced CQC Registered Manager to join their team. You will have solid experience of running successful, high quality care services for adults with autism and learning disabilities with deep knowledge of care standards and CQC regulations.

They are looking for a compassionate leader who can inspire teams with an open, supportive approach. You will place your clients' well-being and happiness at the core of how you operate, and empower the teams around you to provide the very best in person-centred care.

The opportunity will see you overseeing a couple of Supported Living Services aswell as a small Shared Lives Contract.

This is a slow and steady service with no complex care packages, and it is complimented by a full team of Support Workers.

If you have good relationships with City of York Council would be advantageous in this role.
