Job summary

Lifeways is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead six supported living services in Doncaster, supporting 17 women with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. You’ll oversee delivery of person-centred care and coordinate a team of 2 Team Leaders and Support Workers with support from Area Manager and Regional Director.

You'll drive quality, safety and continuous improvement, build strong relationships with families and communities, and travel locally as required to ensure

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care; Level 5 desirable or working towards it.
• Strong experience in operational and people management.
• Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally.
• Passion for quality care and leading by example.

Responsibilities
