Job summary

Onward is seeking a Supported Housing Specialist to join the Operations team in the Merseyside area on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role delivers a specialist service across trusted schemes, with a salary of £37,250 per annum and 40 days' paid holiday, including bank holidays.

A full UK driving licence is essential for regular travel across Knowsley, St Helens and Sefton. You will develop independent living skills, sustain tenancies and coordinate with managing agents, while benefiting

Qualifications

• Experience in a supported housing environment with vulnerable customers.
• Experience delivering housing management and compliance functions.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in supported housing context.
• Experience delivering first-class service to customers.
• Experience in partnership working with local authorities, commissioning teams, and funding providers.
• Experience meeting KPIs and neighbourhood metrics.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for the supported housing service, ensuring compliance and risk management.
• Deliver bespoke housing services tailored to each customer and scheme.
• Collaborate with neighbourhoods and managing agents on tenancy and housing issues.
• Provide tenancy management including voids, lettings, rent arrears, and inspections.
