Job summary

LATCH in Leeds is seeking a Housing Support Worker to manage an active caseload and provide flexible, person-centred support to tenants. The role focuses on helping residents sustain their tenancies, access benefits and develop independent living skills, with the aim of reducing homelessness and supporting personal goals.

The post offers flexible hours (37, 30 or 22.5 per week) and a salary of £29,077 per year pro rata, plus 25 days’ annual leave and a 5% employer pension contribution.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience working as a Support Worker.
• Experience of managing an active caseload of people with multiple and complex needs.
• Ability to develop and review person-centred support plans.
• Knowledge of welfare rights and benefits.

Responsibilities
