Job summary

Rehability UK is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide compassionate care for adults with complex needs, including mental health and learning disabilities. You will help clients engage in meaningful activities and assist with daily living tasks in a supportive environment.

Ideal candidates will be flexible, a team player, and willing to learn. Female candidates are preferred where the service requires, and driving is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with complex needs, or Mental Health, Autism or Learning Disability.
• Female as per service requirement.
• Ideally a driver.

Responsibilities

• Help people we support engage in meaningful opportunities and activities.
• Support in the community with social activities or shopping.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene, meals, and daily routines as needed.
• Support with attending medical appointments and Daily planning.
