Job summary

Rehability UK in the United Kingdom is recruiting Support Workers to assist adults with complex needs, including learning disabilities and mental health challenges. You will be a key team member, delivering person-centred care and enabling meaningful activities in the community and home.

Your role focuses on communication, personal care, meal support, and attending medical appointments, with a requirement to drive and adapt to individual needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with providing care to adults with complex needs is essential.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and be flexible.
• Driver required; driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help with personal care and hygiene as required.
• Assist with meal preparation and daily activities.
• Support attendance at medical appointments and social activities.
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful community activities.
