An esteemed care provider in the North East of England is seeking a dedicated support worker to provide compassionate assistance to clients with complex needs. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to follow care plans. Supported Living supports up to 21 people with complex needs mental health issues, learning disabilities or autism.
Location : Crook Durham area
We provide care and support to people within their own tenancy or living environment, either shared or solo, for those who present with behaviours which challenge or who struggle to share a living environment.
This role requires a confident, passionate individual looking to make a huge difference.
We support people who require 1 : 1, 2 : 1 or at times 3 : 1 support, creating environments where staff can withdraw and allow people to self‑regulate within their home environment—our approach is always least restrictive and person‑centred.
We CAN NOT provide sponsorship for this role; we are only looking for support workers with the right to work in the UK.
