Voyage Care is hiring Support Workers to help people gain independence and improve quality of life in Wallsend. You will support with daily living, personal care, and community activities within an ABI service. The role is hands-on, person-centered, and emphasizes resilience, flexibility and caring values in a dynamic team.

You'll be part of an environment that promotes growth, training from induction onwards, and opportunities for progression, with DBS checks and references required.

• Working/professional care experience, preferably with individuals with an acquired brain injury.
• Ability to support independence and life skills.
• Resilient, flexible and composed in approach.

We're on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people! Our ABI (Acquired Brain Injury) service, 52 Carville Road in Wallsend is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You'll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support in local restaurants or attending appointments, the next you could be unwinding with them playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema. This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone's life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday. 35-Hour Contract Shifts are: Monday to Sunday, 10pm - 8am This role would also involve working Sleep-in shifts as/when required - 10:00pm - 8:00am Join Voyage Care and Feel Valued, we reward your dedication with:
