Job summary

Real Life Options is recruiting Support Workers to help individuals live meaningful and independent lives in their own homes. The role involves assisting with daily living tasks, personal care and community activities, under supervision and with a person-centered approach.

You will follow daily planners, support with finances, and help maintain independence. A DBS check is required, and you will work within a flexible shift pattern including days, evenings, weekends and nights.

• Drivers preferred but not essential

An enhanced DBS is required for this role.
