Job summary

Real Life Options is seeking a Support Worker to assist individuals in their own homes, helping them live as independently as possible. You will follow daily plans, help with budgeting and personal care, and support with community activities to promote wellbeing and inclusion.

We welcome caring, reliable people who are keen to be part of a dynamic, person-centred team. An enhanced DBS check is required and we support reasonable adjustments during recruitment.

As a Support Worker, you will support individuals in their own homes, helping them to live as independently as possible.

• Following individual daily planners and routines
• Supporting with financial expenditure and budgeting
• Assisting with personal care where required
• Providing domestic support to maintain a safe and comfortable home
• Supporting with the administration of medication
• Encouraging participation in activities within the local community
• Promoting independence, wellbeing and social inclusion
