We are looking for Support Workers (known internally as Project Workers) to join several of our services across London. Our services support people through semi-independent housing, specialist mental health or complex needs accommodation, and other housing options. We are committed to a recovery-based approach and supporting individuals to meet their needs.
1 x Support Worker – Mare Street, East London
Mare Street is a 68-bed high support hostel for clients experiencing multiple disadvantages. It offers a busy, fast-paced environment where Project Workers can gain experience in multi-agency work, safeguarding, and incident management, working alongside the Complex Needs Worker and various in-reach services. The staffing structure includes two Senior Project Workers, a Manager, and a Deputy, providing future progression opportunities.
1 x Support Worker – Women’s Hostel, North London (*Women Only)
This 30-bed single-sex hostel provides a vital service for women. Support Workers here will work with our Domestic Abuse Navigator, Complex Needs Team, and local specialist services like Pause and Open Doors. This role is suitable for candidates with experience or interest in trauma-informed work with women facing multiple disadvantages. The staffing includes a Senior Project Worker, a Manager, and a Deputy, offering progression opportunities.
*For genuine occupational requirement reasons, we are seeking a woman only for this vacancy (exemption under the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9).
