Job summary

Independence Matters is seeking a compassionate, proactive support worker to assist customers in Norwich with learning and physical disabilities in their own homes, supporting independence and daily living. You'll work as part of a friendly team, delivering person-centred care to promote wellbeing, safety, and inclusion.

DBS checks, full UK driving licence and full business insurance to use your vehicle for work are essential. No experience?

This role is subject to an appropriate level DBS and recruitment compliance checks. It is essential that the role holder has a full UK driving licence and full business insurance to use their vehicle for work.

Norwich Supported Living service. Our service provides support to customers with learning and physical disabilities within their own homes. Our customers have their own tenancies in which we support them with independent living skills and provide person-centred support for physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.
