Independence Matters in King's Lynn is seeking Zero Hour Support Workers to help customers with learning and physical disabilities in their own homes, promoting independence and wellbeing through person-centred care.

You will join a flexible team with full training provided; DBS checks are part of the process and a full UK driving licence is desirable. The role offers a supportive work environment and opportunities to develop essential skills.

We’re looking forZero Hour Support Workers to join our King's LynnSupported Living service. Our service provides support to customers with learning and physical disabilities within their own homes. Our customers have their own tenancies in which we support them with independent living skills and provide person-centred support for physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. If you're proactive, compassionate, and thrive in a team environment, we'd love to hear from you!

No experience? No problem! We’ll provide full training to help you succeed.

What You'll Do:

• Support personal goals– Help individuals achieve independence and life goals.
• Assist with daily living– Provide support with personal care, meals, and household tasks.
