Thera Trust is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Norwich. You will support adults with a learning disability in the community, helping them achieve personal goals and live independently with a person-centred approach.

Full training will be provided; no prior experience required. Excellent communication, resilience and a proactive mindset are essential for this rewarding role.

Responsibilities

• Support adults in the community and in their homes.

• Work locations may include clients' homes or community settings.
