Job summary

Walsingham Support is seeking compassionate Support Workers to help adults with learning disabilities live life their way. You’ll provide person-centred support on a 1:1 basis, with 2:1 in the community, and you’ll help with daily living and meaningful activities.

Full training will be provided, including PBM if you don’t already have it, and a full UK manual driving licence is essential. Join a team that values people before profit and makes a real difference in the lives of those we support.

Qualifications

• Experience working with autism is preferred.
• PBM training or knowledge will be provided.
• Ability to work 1:1 and 2:1 in community settings.
• Full UK manual driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support four adults with autism and learning disabilities in daily living.
• Provide person-centred support and build positive relationships.
