Job summary

Active Care Group is looking for a kind, patient Support Worker to assist a gentleman with ABI and epilepsy on Hayling Island. The role requires a full UK driving licence, comfort around cats, and a willingness to complete specialist training.

You will help him stay active, participate in rehabilitation activities and provide reliable, compassionate support during weekend shifts. Shifts are Saturday and Sunday from 10:00am to 6:00pm with additional training and support from our clinical and

Are you a kind, caring and reliable Support Worker with a full UK driving licence looking for a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference? About the client: We are looking for a kind, patient and reliable Support Worker to support a gentleman in his 30s who has an acquired brain injury (ABI) and epilepsy in Hayling Island. He is a warm, caring gentleman with a great sense of humour who enjoys a bit of friendly banter. He benefits from having someone around him who is patient, communicates clearly and takes the time to understand him. He leads a very active lifestyle and enjoys getting involved in a wide range of activities. He takes part in rehabilitation, physiotherapy and archery, and works at a local farm. Each year, he takes part in the Superhero Triathlon, which is something he really enjoys and takes pride in. He is very close to his family and enjoys staying active and involved in the community.

Client has a cat, therefore you must be comfortable working around cats. You will be required to feed the cat and change the litter tray.

Shifts Available:

• Saturday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
• Sunday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
