Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a kind, patient Support Worker to assist a gentleman in his 30s with ABI and epilepsy in Hayling Island. A full UK driving licence is required, and you must be comfortable working around a cat as part of daily care and companionship.

Shifts available on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 to 18:00. The role offers paid travel, specialist training, holiday pay, and the chance to make a real difference through consistent, supportive care within a leading homecare provider.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with the client and team.
• Willing to complete specialist training for the role.
• Previous care or support work is valuable but not essential.
• Must be comfortable around cats.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Support a gentleman with ABI and epilepsy in daily activities.
• Encourage an active lifestyle and community involvement.
• Feed the cat and manage litter tray.
• Travel to placements with paid travel.
