Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a Night Support Worker in a rural village to provide compassionate, one-to-one care for a gentleman in his late 50s living with MSA. You will assist with personal care, medication and mobility, with full training and ongoing support from the Care Manager.

Shifts run 8 PM–8 AM, two nights per week, on a zero-hours contract. A driver is preferred due to the rural location; you will have access to training opportunities and the Nest Personal Pension.

We provide full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support from our Care Manager, so you’ll feel confident and supported in your role.Shifts Available:Waking Night shifts run from 8 PM to 8 AM2 shifts a weekPlease note due to a rural location, we are seeking drivers for this position.In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team.
