Active Care Group is seeking a compassionate Night Support Worker to care for a gentleman with complex needs in Winkleigh. You will support him during the night with personal care, medication and mobility, forming a trusted, consistent relationship within his home environment.

The role offers full specialist training, shadow shifts, ongoing support from the Care Manager, and a rolling rota with regular night shifts (8 PM–8 AM).

Someone who brings kindness, warmth and a sense of humour, and who can help him feel comfortable, supported and valued in his own home.As a Night Support Worker, you’ll provide dedicated one-to-one support throughout the night, helping with:* Personal care* Medication* Mobility and physical supportYou’ll work as part of a **consistent, trusted care team**, supporting the same person each week and building a positive relationship over time.And you won’t be expected to know everything from day one. We provide **full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support from our Care Manager**, so you’ll feel confident and supported in your role.**Shifts Available:*** **Waking Night shifts** run from 8 PM to 8 AM* 2 shifts a weekPlease note due to a rural location, we are seeking drivers for this position.In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team.
