M & D Care in South Wales is seeking compassionate Support Workers to help adults with complex needs, learning disabilities and autism live meaningful lives in our residential homes.

No prior care experience is required; we offer paid induction, comprehensive training, funded qualifications and clear paths for career progression. You will work flexible rosters and support daily living, reporting, and collaboration with families and professionals.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to work flexibly across a rota including weekends.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Desirable: experience in care or support services.
• Desirable: QCF Level 2 or 3 Health & Social Care.

Responsibilities

• Supporting people with daily living activities.
• Encouraging independence and life skills.
• Assisting with community activities, hobbies and interests.
• Providing emotional and behavioural support.
• Supporting with personal care while promoting dignity and choice.
• Maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Working closely with families and healthcare professionals.
