M&D Care in South Wales is seeking compassionate Support Workers to help adults with complex needs live fulfilling lives in our residential homes. You will support daily living activities, promote independence, and work closely with families and healthcare professionals in a caring, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to work flexibly across a rota including weekends
