Active Care Group is seeking an experienced Support Worker Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. Based at Stoke Mandeville with occasional UK travel, you will deliver inductions, refresher and specialist training to care teams, assess practical skills, and help staff develop to deliver high-quality care.

You will progress from observing to co-delivering, and eventually leading training sessions. We offer development support, salary progression, and regional travel across the area.

Qualifications

• 18 months hands-on Health & Social Care experience.
• Experience with people with physical and/or neurological conditions.
• Confident communication and ability to share knowledge.
• Willing to work towards teaching/assessing qualifications.
• DBS check required; driving licence and access to a vehicle needed.

Responsabilités

• Delivering inductions, refresher and specialist training.

• Supporting staff to maintain knowledge and high-quality care.
• Adapting teaching style to different learners and audiences.
• Observing training sessions and gradually leading sessions independently.
