Adferiad Recovery is developing a new Supported Living Service in the Ammanford area of Carmarthenshire, with a project in Llanelli and staff potential to work across both sites. The service focuses on housing, wellbeing and aspirations, helping people to feel safe and move toward independent living.

Role Purpose:This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of our dedicated Adferiad team working in the provision ofa Supported Living Service(s).
Adferiad in Carmarthenshire provides a Supported Accommodation Project in Llanelli and will be developing another Supported Living Service in the Ammanford area of Carmarthenshire.
The new projectwill be shared accommodationforindividuals whohave a mental health illness, learning disability, brain damage and/or other support needs and intend making this project their home for life by having support to meet their housing, wellbeing needs and their aspirations.The main location for recruited staff will be at the new project in the Ammanford Areabut staffwill have the opportunity to workinthe AdferiadLlanelliproject.
The supportinAdferiadprojectswill focus on anindividualsstrengths enabling them tofeel safe and secure with the long-term aim of them living independently in their ownhome.
Staff are to work with service users in areas such as employment, training and education, debtmanagementand daily living skills to promote wellbeing,a healthy lifestyleandindependence to live in their community.
Thenew Supported Living Services andLlanelli Supported AccommodationProjectwill bestaffed 7 days a week and staff work to a shift pattern which includes unsocial hours and sleep-ins.
