Job summary

Vetro Recruitment is seeking compassionate Support Workers for a full‑time, permanent role at a rural estate in the Towy Valley. You will support young adults with complex additional learning needs and disabilities, helping them with daily activities and promoting independence in a friendly, family‑like environment.

Location: Llandovery, Carmarthenshire, Wales. We offer a competitive salary of £27,040 – £30,010 per annum, flexible shifts across a 40‑hour week (evenings, weekends, and sleep‑ins),

  • Full training provided; no prior experience required.
  • Kind, patient, practical approach to care.

  • Ability to work flexible shifts across the week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and family‑like atmosphere within the residential setting
  • Participate in a variety of shifts across a 40‑hour week, including evenings, weekends, and sleep‑ins as required
Requirements
  • No prior experience necessary; full training provided

  • Excellent communication skills and a consistent, reliable manner
  • Ability to work flexible shifts across the week
