SUPPORT WORKER (SUPPORTED ACCOMMODATION)
Required for our service in Warrington

• Part time -19 hours per week
• £13.00ph - £13.50ph
• £250 welcome bonus (£125 on successful completion of induction, £125 on successful completion of probation)

As a Support Worker your role will be to work alongside young people, actively promoting independence and preparing them to transition into adulthood.

Working on a multiagency basis and in partnership with internal and external professionals to ensure young people are given the correct wrap around support and are treated equally, as individuals, and without discrimination.

This charge will be a maximum of£74.70, and any costs are refundable to the employee after completion of induction.

Welcome bonus T&C's: Inicio Group reserves the right to reclaim the welcome bonus if the employee voluntarily leaves or is dismissed for misconduct within 12 months of their start date. Any reclaim will be calculated on a pro‑rata basis at 1/12th of the total bonus for each full month not completed.
