Job summary

We are care ltd. is seeking compassionate care staff to support adults with learning disabilities in residential and supported living settings around Gosport, Lee-on-the-Solent and Havant. You will choose shifts that fit your schedule, with days, nights and weekend options to suit you.

Experience in UK care is valued, with DBS checks or willingness to apply. Right to work in the UK and references are required.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of paid UK care experience with a reference.
• Enhanced DBS, or willing to apply.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support adults to live well in residential and supported living services.
• Days, nights and weekends—pick shifts that suit you.
• Regular shifts with the same teams so you get to know the people you support.
