Job summary

We are care ltd. in East Ham is seeking a dedicated Support Worker focused on learning disabilities and mental health. You will contribute to four supported living services across Newham, delivering compassionate day-to-day support.

Shifts include days, nights and sleep-ins; you choose what suits you. You will work directly with adults to promote independence, with DBS enhanced or willing to apply, and a reference for previous UK care work.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities or mental health needs is a real plus.
• At least 6 months of paid UK care experience, with a reference.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS, or willing to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities and mental health in daily living.
• Cover days, nights and sleep-ins across East Ham services.
• Work across supported living, respite and residential settings.
