Job summary

We are care ltd. is seeking a Support Worker for Learning Disabilities in Shepshed, near Loughborough. The role involves supporting adults to live well in residential and supported living services, with flexible days, nights and weekends.

You'll work regular shifts with the same teams to build rapport with the people you support. Right to work in the UK and DBS checks (enhanced or willingness to apply) are required. Experience in UK care is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs is a real plus.
• At least 6 months of paid UK care experience, with a reference.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS, or willing to apply.

Responsibilities

• Supporting adults to live well in residential and supported living services.
• Days, nights and weekends; pick the shifts that suit you.
• Regular shifts with the same teams, so you get to know the people you support.
