Job summary

We are care ltd. is seeking dedicated support workers for south Leicester.

You will help adults with learning disabilities live well in residential and supported living services, and choose days, nights or weekends that fit your schedule, with regular teams so you know the people you support. You need at least 6 months of paid UK care experience with a reference, the right to work in the UK, and an enhanced DBS (or be willing to apply).

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs is a real plus.
• At least 6 months of paid UK care experience, with a reference
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS, or willing to apply

Responsibilities

• Support adults to live well in residential and supported living services.
• Days, nights and weekends - pick the shifts that suit you
• Regular shifts with the same teams, so you get to know the people you support
