Job summary

We are care ltd. in Southampton and Totton is seeking compassionate care assistants to support adults with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs in residential and supported living settings. Shifts include days, nights and weekends with the freedom to choose the patterns that suit you.

Regular shifts support consistent teams, helping you build relationships with the people you support. You’ll receive fair pay with holiday pay included in your hourly rate, paid every two weeks, and

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs is a real plus
• At least 6 months of paid UK care experience, with a reference
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS, or willing to apply
