Job summary

Achieve together is seeking dedicated team members to support people in gaining independence and enjoying daily enrichment activities. You will help with personal care, health appointments, and community involvement, while upholding safeguarding and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Care Certificate to be completed within the first 6 months in post.
• Committed to completing 100% of allocated eLearning and service-specific training.
• Level 2 in Adult Care or equivalent – desirable.
• Working within our deaf services, BSL Level 1 qualification – desirable.

Responsibilities

• Enhancing and enriching quality of life for the people we support, enabling them to keep moving towards agreed goals and life skills.
• Maintaining health, wellbeing and emotional needs, including personal care and attending health appointments.
• Complying with health and safety, safeguarding policies and reporting concerns.
• Encouraging access to opportunities and community activities.
• Supporting people to stay connected with family and friends and participate in social activities.
• Maintaining records in line with policies, including care plans and daily reports.
