Achieve together is seeking dedicated Support Workers to help people live independently with dignity. You will provide compassionate care, encourage activity, and support personal development in a team-oriented environment.

Training is provided, with a focus on safeguarding, communication, and person-centered planning to enable meaningful daily experiences and safety for those we support.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated empathy and dedication to care.

• Willingness to complete required training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Enhancing quality of life for people supported and helping them reach goals.
• Maintain health, wellbeing and personal care for individuals.
• Follow safeguarding policies and report concerns promptly.
• Support inclusion and engagement in community activities.
• Maintain accurate records and care plans as required.
• Communicate effectively with individuals using preferred methods.
