Job summary

Achieve together is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people we care for live independently and engage in daily enrichment activities. You will contribute to a caring, inclusive environment while following individual care plans and communicating with families and professionals.

We offer full training, Career Adventures progression, and DBS checks for safety. This role emphasizes flexible hours and community integration across local settings in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare is beneficial but not required.
• Full training provided.
• Care Certificate to be completed within the first 6 months in post.
• Level 2 in Adult Care or equivalent – desirable.
• Working within our deaf services, BSL Level 1 qualification – desirable.
• This role will require a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities
