Qualifications

• Experience in Care or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
• Ability to support adults with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care with empathy and respect.
• Support adults with learning disabilities in a 24/7 care setting.
• Assist with community access, transport, and social activities.
• Support the development of independence and daily living skills.
