Community Integrated Care in Aberdeen central is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs lead fuller lives. This role requires no driving and offers flexible shifts and the opportunity to build real connections with individuals.

Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health concerns to live their daily lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible with them.
We offer a variety of shifts as we support Monday to Sunday and will include some sleepover shifts. Some examples include 3pm -3.15 pm the next day (this includes sleepover).

We have a Full time of 37 hours and part time position of 20 hours
This person strives to be inclusive in the community as much as possible. We are looking for staff who are fun, kind, caring, empathetic and who enjoy having a good laugh and will be interactive. This flat is in Aberdeen central, close to local amenities such as GP, dentist and local food shops. In order to support best lives possible staff are given specialist training in autism and epilepsy as well as numerous other training activities.
In this service, the people we support enjoy Going to discos, Parades, Local activities, bowling and colouring in and watching films and listening to music
Sometimes the people we support really need a male or female person to support them. For this particular role, a female colleague is required. This is a genuine occupational requirement as defined by the Equality Act 2010
