Job summary

Affinity Trust in Preston is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help individuals move into their new home and support them in everyday life.

This full-time role (37.5 hrs) may include part-time hours. You will need experience in health and social care, a full UK driving licence, and you will receive full training plus NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care. Sponsorship is not available.

• Experience in health and social care is required.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Commitment to empowering people to live independently.
