Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking Community Support Workers to join our expanding team across Leyland and surrounding areas. You will work in people’s homes, providing practical support and companionship, with full training provided.

We offer an above average pay rate, flexible full-time and part-time shifts, and progression opportunities. You must be 18+, able to travel, and willing to work alternate weekends. DBS checks are funded and support is available.

• Must be 18 or over for insurance purposes.
• Must be able to work alternate weekends.
• Must undertake an enhanced DBS check.
• Must have own transport.

Responsibilities

• Follow each client’s care plan.
• Assist with personal care including washing and dressing.
• Assist with meal preparation.
• Assist with toileting.
• Assist clients with mobility using equipment provided.
• Assist with daily living tasks.
• Assist with medication management.
• Provide companionship.

Community Support Worker - £150 welcome bonus

We currently have opportunities for support workers to come and join our ever-growing, friendly team, working in Leyland, Penwortham, Walton Le Dale, Euxton, Lostock Hall, Bamber Bridge, Chorley and more.

You will usually be based in one area to provide consistency and continuity for both yourself and the people you support.

You don’t need to have previous experience in this field. You just need to bring the right values and you can build your skills with on-the-job training and there are also lots of opportunities to progress.

Our usual shifts are as follows; however, we do have some flexibility to work with you to find hours to suit.

Morning Shifts - 7:00am - 1.00/ 2.00pm

Evening shifts - 3:00/4:00pm - 10:00pm
