Affinity Trust is recruiting for a Deputy Support Manager based in Preston. The role focuses on supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism, delivering person-centred care and leading a dedicated staff team under the guidance of the Support Manager.
You will work five days a week, including one direct support day, and participate in embedding and upskilling the team while maintaining high-quality care and compliance standards.

We have a new opportunity for a Deputy Support Manager who shares our values and really wants to make a difference. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team based in Preston, where you will inspire and empower our staff, under the guidance of the Support Manager, to support adults with learning disabilities and Autism to live their life their way!
The role will require you to 5 days a week Monday to Sunday including 1 day per week providing direct support as part of embedding and upskilling our team.
